LOCAL EXPANSIONS MAKE MAJOR IMPACT 05-Aug-2008 Albaugh, Omnium, St. Joseph Plastics and Ring Container announced capital expansions collectively exceeding $14 million this quarter.  These expansions enhance their long-term viability, flexibility and efficiencies, thereby promoting their security as stable employers in St. Joseph.  Altec Industries announced the creation of 75 new jobs with an annual payroll of $1.9 million.
