BUSINESS EXPANSION HEADS DOWNTOWN 05-Aug-2008 A unique business expansion project will achieve several goals of the Economic Development Partnership.  The project involves renovating an entire floor of an historic downtown office building, adding 75 to 100 new, white-collar, office jobs to the downtown area over a four-year growth cycle.  City and county funds will provide assistance to make the project financially viable to achieve city code requirements in the historic building.
