Gov.
Nixon hears directly from local business leaders
Gov. Jay Nixon in September 2009 brought his Show-Me
Business Tour to Northwest Missouri, where he met with representatives
of several local employers to discuss strategies to create jobs
and move the state's economy forward.
The roundtable discussion followed a tour of Nestle
Purina's production and warehousing operations, during which Mr.
Nixon learned about the company's product lines and business practices.
