Parties on the Parkway was held
in July at S.W. Noyes and Messanie, Parkway A. The band Exit 47
performed to a large crowd.
The second Thursday of each month,
Parties on the Parkway will feature a different local band and
a different part of St. Joseph's unique Parkway System. To see
